ATEM Mini Extreme even has secret broadcast features built in so it can do high end work. Microphone inputs allow high quality desktop and lapel mics for interviews and presentations. There's also 2 HDMI video out for projectors. To live stream, ATEM Mini Extreme has 2 USB outputs that works like a webcam, so you can connect to any video software. The built in DVE allows exciting picture in picture effects, perfect for live commentary. You can even connect to a computer to present PowerPoint slides or add a gaming console. Simply connect ATEM Mini Extreme and you can switch live between 8 high quality video camera inputs in dramatically better quality images. I even 3D printed a custom stand that holds my T7 along with two HDMI to SDI 3G converters and a Magewell HDMI capture device neatly with a very grippy rubber base. The new ATEM Mini Extreme makes it easy to create professional multi camera productions for live streaming to YouTube or innovative business presentations using Skype. They only list the 1TB T5 and Wise drives and 512GB Angelbird drives for example and I'm pretty sure there is excellent compatibility with other capacities of those drives as well. The compatibility lists don't necessarily contain every capacity of every compatible drive so I wouldn't read anything into that. The benefit of the T7 would be in getting the files off the drive or editing on the drive not necessarily in the recording part but in the post part of it, which if you are doing long format will make a world of difference.ĢTB T7 is what I'm using. It's also not on the official support list only the 500gb and 1tb versions. It seems to work at home but didn't work on shoot day. Terrproductions wrote:2TB T7 version is hit and miss.
